Abstract:

In the Keating lab, we have developed a high-throughput assay to asses the relative affinities of thousands of peptide-receptor interactions for Bcl-2 family proteins. With the emergence of this new volume of data, we are interested in methods to generalize these observations into meaningful models to further understand the mechanisms of protein-protein interactions.
